Partnership With ALARM Launched in Yei, South Sudan

With Open Eyes has formed a collaborative partnership with ALARM (African Leadership And Reconciliation Ministries) and Forest Hill Church to seek, train and equip Mobile Messengers who will spread throughout rural areas in Yei, South Sudan to serve those in need, share the gospel message of Jesus Christ and disciple believers.  It’s a Mobile Messenger training program focused on church planting and evangelism.  ALARM will work with leaders of various church denominations in Yei who will recommend individuals to participate in the first Mobile Messenger class beginning in November and With Open Eyes will provide transportation and additional resources as their footprint expands.  We are very excited to come along-side two amazing partners that share our commitment to The Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20) and a heart for proclaiming the Good News as well as serving those in need.

We recently traveled to Yei – South Sudan and joined ALARM’s executive leadership and local church leaders for a special ceremony to celebrate and launch our partnership:

* We’d like to extend a special thank you to Celestin Musekura, Meredith Wheeler, Manasseh Kenyi and their staff for such a blessed event.  Also, Pastor David Chadwick, John Parker and the Forest Hill Church family for your desire to equip the global church through the development of servant leaders.
